Disclaimer

The terms 'we' or 'our' makes reference to Ryokua. Our terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. 

By using our site or placing on order, you are agreeing to the terms below. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability from any issues caused from usage of our site and system.

 

Order Changes

Orders that are already made can no longer be modified or changed. If an order is not made or it has been placed at a later date, we will allow changes. Please contact us immediately to make any changes.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel an order without providing reason but may be due to unavailability or an error in the pricing with our products. 

We will always inform you of any changes to your order and provide a refund if an order is cancelled by us. We will not be held liable for any damages by exercising this right.

Customer Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately. Order cancellation is at our sole discretion. If your food has not be made yet, we will generally allow you to cancel and provide a refund. Once your order is made, you will no longer be able to cancel your order.

 

Refunds

Refunds may be issued at our discretion and can be either partial or whole depending on the circumstance. Refunds will not be given for making the wrong order or choice. If you believe your order was not as advertised, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue. If a refund is issued, we will do it via the method you made payment. If payment is made via credit-card or EFPTOS, refunds can take up to 2 weeks to process but will generally take 3-5 business days.

Delivery

After ordering, you will receive confirmation of your order, delivery address, delivery date, and delivery time. The delivery date and time will be the date and time you selected during checkout. 

Pickup

After ordering, you will receive confirmation of your order, pickup address, pickup date, and pickup time. Pickup date and time will be the date and time you selected during checkout. 

If you need to change the delivery/pickup date and time, please call Customer Support on 0491680507 between 8am-4pm Monday to Friday at least 72 hours prior to the selected delivery date. 

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled and refunds will not be given. 

Delivery Fee - Free Delivery

Free delivery for orders above $50.  Extra delivery fee of $5.00 is added to your order if your order is $50 or below.

Delivery Areas and Times

Ryokua is available for delivery only in certain areas.  The areas are listed in the Delivery Areas menu.

Deliveries to be made between the following window. Monday to Saturday 2:30pm to 6:00 PM.

If you will not be home, please make sure you leave detailed instructions for us to where to leave your order safely. Please note that we cannot use keys or fobs to open secured doors.

 

Ownership of products

Once we have delivered your order to you in accordance with your instructions, you agree that the ownership of the products transfers to you.

Refrigeration of products

Your order should be refrigerated as soon as possible to keep it chilled.  You acknowledge that orders will not be left unattended during the day time delivery window for more than 1 hour and that your order will be refrigerated as soon as possible.

Non-deliveries and re-delivery

If a delivery cannot be made due to no fault of Ryokua, orders will be returned to us. If you require a re-delivery, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee of $5.
